それには戸惑いを無くす
というのは絶対条件といえる。
テレが邪魔をする限り
会話力の向上を望むことはできない。

自分の言動に自信を持って
話しかける行為を繰り返し
スピーキングというのは強化される。

よく使うフレーズなどは
何度も声に出して練習したり
丸暗記してしまうというのも
一つの手かもしれない。

完璧な言語を操れなければいけない
という概念はひとまず捨て去り
カタコトでも不完全な文章でも
とにかく積極的に話しかける
ということが最大のコツだとも言える。

日本語でも同じように言える。
意外と単語の言い回しだったり
一定のフレーズを使って
会話をしていたりする。

英文を読む。英会話をするにも必要な能力。
